Today I am showing you the cuties that I made for my lovely nephew...

Here are the cushion case and bunting banner.

 

Odası ile aynı renklerde hazırladığım bu takı yastığı 40x40 cm ebatlarında.

 

This cushion case ,that I made with the same colours of his room, is 40x40 cm sized.

 

Diğer eşyalarında olduğu gibi bu yastıkta da siyah saçlı bir oğlan, uçurtmasıyla... Ve bir de baykuş...

 

There is a dark haired boy on this cushion just like his other stuff... And also an owl...

 

Bu isim bayrağı da önce hastane odasının kapısını süsledi şimdi de Demirciğimin odasının penceresini süslüyor...

 

This bunting banner first decorated the hospital room's door and now it is decorating the window in his room...

 

Minik baykuşu da unutmamalı :) An owl must not be forgotten...

Bir "Demir" hikayesi eder / A "Demir" Story Goes On

Babası benim yakışıklı yeğenimin büyüdüğü her anın fotoğrafını çeker, hergün halasına yollar. Uzak olmak böyle birşey; fotoğraflarla yetinmeyi bilmek demek. Neyse ki teknoloji ilerledi; fotoğrafları yollamak öyle kolay ki...

Ama albümdeki fotoğraflara bakmak dijital görüntülere bakmaktan çok daha keyifli diye düşünüyorum. Sanırım biraz eski kafalıyım :)

Güzel fotoğraflar ile dolacak bu albüm ve Demir bebek büyüdüğünde keyifle bakacağız tüm fotoğraflara hep beraber...

 

Daddy takes my beautiful nephew's photos everyday and sends to auntie. This is just being away;it means that the photographs must be enough. Anyway new technologies comes to life; it is so easy to send photos.

I think looking at the photos in an album is more enjıyable than looking at the digital ones. Maybe I am little bit old fashioned :)

This album sgoing to be full with nice photos and we will look at them happily when Demir baby grows up.

Bu yıl doğumgünü partisinin "Frozen" temalı olmasını istedi kızım. Ben de internetten bulduğum bu bayrakları çıktı alıp kurdela ile birleştirip duvara astım.

 

My daughter wanted to have a "Frozen" themed birthday party this year. I printed these banners that I found on internet and hanged on the wall.

 

Tavandaki balonlar ve kar taneleri babamızın fikri. Harika oldular...

 

The balloons and snowflakes on the ceiling were daddy's idea. They were great...

 

Elsa ve Anna'yı keçeden itina ile diktim zira Esma hata kabul etmez :)

 

I made Elsa and Anna from felt with lots of care as Esma never accepts mistake :)

 

Pasta ustası değilim, işte elimden bu kadarı geldi. Olaf'ın detayları babamızın eseri. Oldukça koordineli çalıştık ama sonunda başardık galiba...

 

I am not a cake master, this is just I can do. The details of Olaf were daddy's job. We worked so coordinated that made it at last I think...

 

Kurabiyeleri de Olaf'a benzetmeye çalıştık ama bu kadar oldu. Olsun çocuklar çok sevdiler, önemli olan da bu herhalde...

 

We tried to make Olaf cookies but that was not easy. Anyway, no problem because kids loved them, that is the point I guess...

 

 

Bir "Demir" Hikayesi Başlar; A "Demir" Story Begins

Uzun zamandır sipariş alamamamın sebebini artık yayınlama vakti geldi :)

Evet; bir Demir hikayesi başladı... İçinde sağlık, mutluluk ve huzur olacak bir hikaye...

 

Hala olacaksa bir insan çok çalışmalı tabi ki; aklına ne geldiyse yapmalı mantığı ile işe başladım. Ne yaptıysam çok severek yaptım.

 

It is time to publish the reason of why I had not been able to take orders for a long time :)

Yes, a Demir story begins... A story with health, happiness and peace...

 

If someone is becoming an aunt, she must work a lot; she must do whatever she has in her mind. That was my phylosophy. I made all items with love.

 

Önce kapı süsü ile başladım işe. Odasındaki renklere uygun bir tasarım yapmaya çalıştım; yumuşak renkler, baykuşlar, uçurtma, kuşlar ve bir de Demir bebek...

 

First I started with the door wreath. I tried to make a creation suitable with the colours in his room; soft colours, owls, kite, birds and a baby Demir...

 

Koyu renk saçlı bir bebek olur diye tahmin etmiştim; neyse ki yanılmamışım :)

 

I guessed that he would be a baby with dark hair; I was not wrong :)

 

Hangi çocuk uçurtma uçurmayı sevmez ki... Rüzgarlı bir havada, çimenlerin üzerinde koşarak...

 

All the children love flying a kite... On a windy day, running on the grass...

I used this nice fabric that I bought from Ikea and was the completer of so many combinations.

 

Mutlulukla kullanılsın... I wish it will be used with happiness...

Çılgın Hatunalar Çanta Koleksiyonu 41 ; Crazy Ladies Bag Collection 41 

 

Evet yine uzun bir ara ve yayınlanmayı bekleyen bir sürü güzellik... İşte onlardan biri;

Öğretmenler Günü'nde güzel bir anaokulu öğretmeni için hazırladığım bu çanta ne kadar da romantik görünüyor...

This bag, that I made as a Teacher's Day Gift for a kindergarten teacher, looks so romantic...

 

 

Çantanın dış yüzü için özellikle çuval kumaşı istenmişti. 

Çantanın ön yüzündeki güzel hatunun renklerine uygun olsun diye iç yüzeyde pembe beyaz puantiyeli panama kumaş tercih edildi.

Bir cep olmazsa olmaz zaten...

 

Burlap fabric was specially ordered as the outside of the bag.

The pink and white polkadots fabric was chosen as the inside of the bag since it suited with the nice lady on front of the bag.

And a pocket is a must...

Çılgın Hatunlar Çanta Koleksiyonu 40 ; Crazy Ladies Bag Collection 40

 

Koleksiyonun 40. parçası bir diş hekimi için hazırlandı... Kendisiyle hiç tanışmadım; bir arkadaşım aracılığıyla turkuaz renkte bir çanta istediğini bana iletti. Ben de kumaşlarım içerisinde turkuaz renkle uyumlu olabilecek Loralie Design tasarımlarından birini seçtim ve çantayı hazırladım.

 

The 40th part of the collection was made for a dentist... I haven't met her; one of my friends told me that she just ordered a turquoise bag. Then I chose this Loralie Design creation which could be good with turquoise colour and made the bag.

 

Turkuaz, çuval kumaşı ve sarı birlikte oldukça hoş bir kombinasyon oluşturdular. Bence yazın plajda kullanmak için harika bir çanta...

 

Turquoise, burlap and yellow have made a perfect combination together. I think this is an excellent bag for using at the beach in summer...

 

Bu sarı pitikareli kumaşı öyle çok seviyorum ki... Neden acaba ??? Onu biryerlerde kullanmak beni çok mutlu ediyor :) Bu çantanın cebi olarak da güzel oldu...

 

I love this yellow fabric so much... I don't know why ??? Using it somewhere makes me so happy :) It is also so beautiful as a pocket in this bag...

Tesadüfen seçtiğim bu resimdeki hatunun çantanın sahibine benzemesi de ayrı bir mutluluk sebebi oldu benim için :))

 

It was such a big happiness for me that I chose this fabric incidentally and the lady on it really looks like the owner of the bag :))

Öykü'nün Kapı Süsü ; Oyku's Door Wreath

Farkettim ki yalnızca haftada bir kez yayın yapabiliyorum... Perşembe günü dersim olmadığından sadece bugün blogumla ilgilenme fırsatı bulabiliyorum :( Hal böyle olunca yayınlanması gereken fotoğraflar da klasörde birikmeye devam ediyor. Teslimat sırasına göre yayınlamaya çalışıyorum ama bazen karışabiliyor !!

Neyse Bursa'dan gelen bu sipariş Kurban Bayramı'nda teslim edilmişti. Öykü adındaki bir prensese hediye edilmek üzere sipariş edilmişti; pespembe olması gerektiği de özellikle belirtilmişti. 

 

I have just realised that I can only publish something on my blog once a week... I can only find chance to take care of my blog on Thursdays because I haven't got classes on that day :( Because of this the photos that must be published are increasing in file. I try to publish them in an order of ordering dates but sometimes it messes up !!

Anyway I gave this wreath to its owner a long time ago. It was ordered for giving to a princess called Oyku as a gift; and it was especially asked  me to make it very pink.

 

Bu kez harflerin üzerine çiçek yerine minik kalpler yerleştirdim. / This time I put small hearts on the letters instead of flowers.

 

Küçük bir prenses lila elbisesi ve mor ayakkabılarıyla... / A little princess with lila dress and purple shoes...

 

Balonları sevmeyen çocuk yoktur herhalde... / I think there is no kid who doesn't like balloons...

 

Bu küçük prenses de dünyadaki tüm çocuklar gibi balonları çok seviyormuş...

 

And this little princess loves balloons just like all the children in the world...

DOKTORLAR İÇİN HEDİYELER ; GIFTS FOR DOCTORS

 

Bir diş hekimi, bir psikolog ve bir de psikiyatrist... Bir arkadaşları bu üç doktora değişik birer hediye etmek istemiş ve benden de kapı süsü tasarlamamı istemişti. Neler yapabilirim diye biraz düşününce bu üç kapı süsü ortaya çıktı.   

 

A dentist, a psychologist and a psychiatrist ... A friend wanted to give interesting gifts to these three doctors and asked me to create three decorative objects for hanging on door. I thought a while about what could I do and these crafts came out.

 

 

Bu kocaman diş bir diş hekimin kapısını süsleyecek. Daha önce de benzer ürünler yapmıştım. Bu kez büyük, pembe bir fiyonk ekledim.

 

This huge tooth will decorate a dentist's door. I had made similar objects before. But this time I added a pink bow.

 

 

Bir psikolog için nasıl bir tasarım yapabilirim diye gerçekten çok kafa yordum; hem sevimli hem de anlamlı olmalıydı. Birkaç günlük düşünme ve araştırma sürecinden sonra farklı yüz ifadelerinde sarı yüzler uygun olabilir diye düşündüm.

 

I really thought too much about what kind of creation could I make for a  psychologist; it had to be cute and meaningful. After a few days of thinking I found this idea of  making yellow faces with different facial expressions.

 

 Sonuçta ortaya çıkan ürün beni gerçekten çok mutlu etti. Tam istediğim gibi oldu; sevimli ve anlamlı. Aferin bana :)

 

The final product really made me happy. It was just like what I wanted; cute and meaningful. Well done to me :)

 

Bu kez bir psikiyatrist için bir tasarım yapmam gerekiyordu. Ne kadar düşündüysem de bir sonuca ulaşamadım. Hediyeleri sipariş veren arkadaşımla görüşmemiz sonucunda oldukça espirili bir şey istediğini, belki bir huni bile kullanabileceğimi söyledi.

 

This time I had to create for a psychiatrist. Altough I thought a lot unfortunately could not find anything. After I talked to my friend who ordered these gifts, I found that she wanted something funny, she told me that I could use even a funnel.

 Öyleyse kulağında steteskopu ile pembe bir huni bir bayan psikiyatrist için yeterince espirili bir hediye olabilir dedim ve çalışmaya başladım.

 

Then I found out that a pink funnel with a stetescope on its ears would be a funny gift for a lady psychiatrist and started to work.

 

Bir de lila fiyonk ekleyince herşey tamamdı... / When I added a bow everything were completed.
